BMA advised BHG – Brazil Hospitality Group, in the renegotiations of the financial conditions of the company’s indebtedness with Itaú Unibanco.
The debt was formalized as the third issuance of secured debentures with restricted placement efforts, which are solely held by Itaú Unibanco.
