BMA advises investors on the acquisition of Construtora Toda Brasil

BMA advised Renato João Farah, João Carlos Farah and Antonio Carlos Petrillo on the acquisition, through an investment fund, of 100% of the shares issued by the construction company Construtora Toda do Brasil, held by its controlling entity, Toda Corporation, headquartered in Japan.

This transaction will allow the group formed by the acquirers to enter new segments in the construction sector, as well as service a wide range of clients.
