BMA advises JV between Atlântica Hospitais and Rede D’Or
BMA advised Atlântica Hospitais e Participações, the Bradesco Group’s hospital investment company, on a joint venture with the Rede D’Or São Luiz group, in the proportion of 50.01% for Rede D’Or and 49.99% for Atlântica, to invest in, build, develop and operate general hospitals, development and operation of general hospitals that are currently at an advanced stage of construction in the regions of Macaé-RJ, Alphaville-SP and Guarulhos-SP, as well as to analyze the potential joint development of future new hospitals in other areas, in particular in Taubaté and Ribeirão Preto, both in the state of São Paulo.
The value of the total investment in the 3 (three) hospitals at an advanced stage of construction is R$ 1,156,000,000.00, and will be borne proportionally by the parties.
