BMA advises QatarEnergy and CPChem on the creation of a joint venture
The transaction involves the creation of a joint venture whereby CPChem and QatarEnergy will jointly develop, construct and operate a petrochemical facility in Texas (USA) that will produce high density polyethylene.
BMA advised and represented CPChem and QatarEnergy in the notification of the transaction to the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).
The transaction value was not disclosed.
