BMA advises XP Malls on the sale of its stake in Catarina Outlet
BMA advised XP Malls Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII on the sale of 10% of Catarina Fashion Outlet to Shoppings AAA Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, managed by Capitânia Capital.
The transaction value was R$97.5 million.
