BMA Advogados advises Abaporu on investment in Care Caledônia
The transaction consist of the exercise, by PS Charlie Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia Investimento no Exterior, of an investment of up to BRL 110 million and by Abaporu Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia Investimento no Exterior, of an investment of up to BRL 170 million, upon subscription and payment of new redeemable, book-entry preferred shares with no par value to be issued by Hospital Care Caledônia, with the granting of a bonus of subscription as an additional advantage for subscribers.
The funds from the investment shallbe used by the company to rebalance its capital structure. The closing of the transaction will be subject to the verification of conditions precedent usual in contracts of this nature.
