BMA and FM/Derraik advise on the acquisition of Saipos by iFood
BMA advised iFood.com Agência de Restaurantes Online, on the negotiations and execution of the agreement for the acquisition of shares representing 100% of the capital stock of Saipos Serviços de Software, a company specialized in operational management software for restaurants, which was advised by FM/Derraik.
The transaction value was confidential.
