BMA advised XP Malls Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII on the acquisition, from SYN Prop eTech S.A., of quotas representing 40% of the capital stock of Estação BH Empreendimentos Imobiliários e Participações Ltda., a company that owns Shopping Estação BH, in Belo Horizonte/MG.

The transation value was BRL 150,025,500.
