Arthur J. Gallagher, one of the world’s largest insurance brokers, was advised by Barbosa Müssnich Aragão in the Brazilian legal aspects of the global acquisition of the reinsurance brokerage business of Willis Towers Watson, which was represented by Mattos Filho Advogados.

The transaction value was US$ 3.25 billion.
