BMA and Pinheiro Guimarães advise on Cury Construtora’s follow-on
BMA, Pinheiro Guimarães, and others acted in the initial public offering of common shares issued by Cury Construtora e Incorporadora, in Brazil, with placement efforts abroad, in the total amount of R$ 574,123,963.00. The Company will use the net proceeds from the offering to pay dividends.
BMA Advogados advised Cury Construtora e Incorporadora, the issuer, on Brazilian law, with the assistance of partner Conrado de Castro Stievani (pictured left)and associates Alexandre Roscoe Lindenberg, Juliana Azem Turini, and Gabriela Tiemi Higashi.
Pinheiro Guimarães acted as legal advisor to Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, BTG Pactual Investment Banking, Bank of America Merrill Lynch Banco Múltiplo, and Caixa Econômica Federal, as underwriters, with the support of partners Fernando John Friedmann Junior (pictured center), Ivie Moura Alves (pictured right), associates Caio Tonanni Gioielli, Ana Beatriz Gurgel, and Murilo Begha.
