BMA and Pinheiro Neto act on JV between Einstein and Atlântica
BMA Advogados advised Atlântica Hospitais e Participações on the negotiation of an investment agreement concluded on March 6, 2023 with Sociedade Beneficente Israelita Brasileira Hospital Albert Einstein, wich was advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados.
The transaction, through which Atlântica and Einstein undertook to invest in a company with a specific purpose for the construction, development and operation of a new hospital unit in a property owned by BSP Imobiliária (member of the Bradesco group), was worth BRL R$ 600 million.
