Barbosa Müssnich Aragão Advogados and Pinheiro Neto Advogados have advised Ebanx Brasil Holding S.A. in the negotiation of the acquisition of 100% of the capital stock of Bee Serviços de Assessoria Financeira e Tecnologia Ltda. (Remessa Online).

The transaction value was USD 229,000,000.00.

BMA – Barbosa Müssnich Aragão retained partner Carlo Sivieri de Assis Rocha (pictured left) and associates Adriano Guatimosim Carneiro, Maximilian Kiderlen Fritz and Layse Rhayana Marcelino Dias.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados had partner Raphael de Cunto (pictured right) and associates Raphael Palmieri Salomão, Gerson Durant and Gabriella Lima Forner.

Ogier also represented Ebanx Brasil Holding S.A. with partner James Heinicke and associate Christopher Brown.
