BMA and Pinheiro Neto on the acquisition of Selene by De Millus

BMA advised De Millus Industria e Comercio, a textile industry, which main activity is the manufacture of underwear, and Bord Mil Participações Societárias regarding the acquisition of shares representing 100% of the total and voting capital of Selene Indústria Têxtil and Gregório de Nadai Administração e Participações.

Pinheiro Neto advised Selene, a brazilian textile industry and is engaged in the manufacturing and commercialization of sportswear, underwear, socks, and swimwear. GDN is a pure holding company with no operational activities, with its sole assets consisting of its investment in Selene and cash.
