BMA and Stocche Forbes act on Monteiro Aranha debenture issue

BMA acted as legal counsel to company; Stocche Forbes represented the underwriter on the public offering of the third issuance of debentures of Monteiro Aranha, pursuant to CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 300 million.

The transaction was secured by an assignment of quotas of an investment fund, which are held by the company. The funds obtained from its issuance of debentures will be used to extend bank liabilities, financial investments and/or other general uses by the company.
