BMA as deal counsel on the 3rd issue of SNCI

BMA acted as deal counsel in the public offering for distribution, with restricted placement efforts, of shares of the 3rd issue of Suno Recebíveis Imobiliários Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário (SNCI), destined exclusively to shareholders.
The firm’s assistance included helping to structure the transaction, preparing all related documents, providing advice regarding the legal aspects of the offering, and assisting Suno Asset (manager of the SNCI), BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros DTVM (manager of the SNCI) and BR Partners Banco de Investimento, (coordinator of the Offering) in matters related to the issue.
All of the shares that were the object of the offering were placed for SNCI shareholders, in the scope of the exercise of preemptive rights, subscription of unsubscribed shares and subscription of an additional amount, without there being an effective placement of shares to professional investors.
