BMA assists Americanas in the incorporation of HNT
BMA acted as legal advisor to Americanas in the incorporation of Hortigil Hortifruti (HNT), indirectly controlled by the company.
The operation was carried out through a corporate reorganization aimed at increasing the efficiency of operations, especially in the financial and administrative areas, reducing costs and generating synergies for the parties, as well as reducing the number of corporate entities comprising the Americanas economic group.
