BMA assists Banijay group in the acquisition of A Fábrica

BMA Advogados assisted Endemol USA Inc (Banijay group), the world’s largest producer and distributor of international content, in the acquisition, through Banijay Group US Holding, of a majority equity interest in the Brazilian company A Fábrica Entretenimento , which operates in the sector of production, co-production and post-production of cinematographic and audiovisual activities.

With the acquisition, Banijay group is now comprised by 10 leading production companies across the Americas.

Further, Banijay group may exercise call options and become the owner of up to the totality of the equity interest in A Fábrica.
