BMA assists Brasilseg in the creation of Broto with Banco do Brasil
BMA Advogados assisted Brasilseg in the incorporation of Broto, together with Banco do Brasil, through the contribution of capital and intangible assets related to the Broto technological platform, a market focused on rural producers and the agribusiness market in general.
The transaction also involved the negotiation of operational agreements between Brasilseg, Banco do Brasil and Broto to regulate the offer of financial and insurance products on the platform.
