BMA assists Culligan group in the acquisition of Whirlpool
BMA assisted Culligan group in a transaction involving the acquisition of the water purifier rental business unit of Whirlpool operated under the “Brastemp” brand. With the completion of the transaction, the Culligan group will expand its operations in the water purifier rental sector in Brazil.
