BMA assists Odontoprev in merger with Mogidonto

BMA – Barbosa Müssnich Aragão Advogados has advised Odontoprev S.A. on the merger of its wholly-owned subsidiary Mogidonto Planos Odontológicos Ltda.
The implementation of the operation, approved on January 3, 2021 by the Extraordinary General Meeting by Odontoprev and on the same date by the sole shareholder of Mogidonto, is subject to approval by the National Agency of Supplementary Health (ANS).
