BMA strengthens tax practice with new partner

BMA Advogados announces the arrival of Rodrigo Taraia as a new partner in the tax law area.

With more than 15 years’ experience and a strong track record in tax litigation, both judicial and administrative, Rodrigo holds a master’s degree in Controllership and Corporate Finance from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and specializes in Tax Law from FGV.

In his career, Rodrigo has established himself as a reference in tax litigation at federal, state and municipal levels, as well as acting strategically in restructuring liabilities, drafting opinions and negotiating tax incentives and special regimes.
