Böing Gleich strength energy area with the arrival of a new partner
Boutique law firm Böing Gleich Advogados celebrates its 10th anniversary with an important addition to its corporate team, with the arrival of Maria Amélia Braga (pictured), a specialist in the Oil and Gas area, with extensive experience in Pre-Salt.
She graduated in Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro in 2004 and has a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from IBET (Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies) and an LLM from FGV.
Abroad, she has taken specialization courses in energy, oil and gas and contracts in the United States and England.
A member of the Brazilian Bar Association and of the Oil and Gas Regulation Committee of the Regulation in Numbers Project at FGV’s Rio de Janeiro Law School, Maria Amélia has been responsible for the legal area of large companies and renowned law firms.
At PPSA, she was involved in procedures related to the management of Production Sharing contracts, contracts for the sale of Federal Oil and Natural Gas, procedures for the individualization of Production and Co-participation Agreements. It has a strong interface with the Ministry of Mines and Energy, the National Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels Agency and the Federal Court of Auditors, among other institutions.
