Böing Gleich strengthens its team
On the verge of completing 10 years in business, Böing Gleich Advogados has announced a reinforcement for the group in the area of corporate law. As of this month, the firm will be consulting São Paulo lawyer Alfredo Sérgio Lazzareschi Neto, a reference in the area and author of the book Lei das S.A. Comentada e Anotada, among other works.
With a career spanning more than 25 years, Lazzareschi works in the areas of corporate law, strategic litigation, arbitration, contract law, CVM and business issues.
With a law degree from the University of São Paulo, Lazzareschi has specialized in international universities such as Harvard, Universidad de Buenos Aires and Chicago-Kent College of Law.
