Bomchil and Bruchou act in new issue of CGC

Bomchil has advised Compañía General de Combustibles (CGC) and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja the arrangers and underwriters, in the issuance of Class 36 Negotiable Obligations denominated and payable in US dollars at a fixed interest rate of 6.50% and maturing in October 2027 for a total amount of USD $68,262,474.

The issuance took place on 10 October under the company’s frequent issuer regime. The proceeds from the placement of the Class 36 Notes will be used for investments in physical assets located in the country, refinancing of liabilities, integration of working capital, acquisition of goodwill and integration of capital contributions in companies controlled or related to the issuing company, the acquisition of shares and/or financing of the commercial line of business.

Banco Santander Argentina, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) and Allaria participated as arrangers and underwriters. BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco Patagonia, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Banco Mariva, Banco Hipotecario and Cocos Capital acted as underwriters.

The Notes were authorised for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchanges and Markets and for trading on the Electronic Open Market.
