Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised Memed on the sale of a majority stake to DNA Capital, in a BRL300 million deal

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados represented the healthtech company Memed, national leader in digital medical prescriptions, which received an investment of BRL300 million from DNA Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm specialized in the health sector.

The operation took place through two private equity funds: FIP Genoma IV and FIP Tantal.
