Bragard recruits partner to head arbitration and litigation practice
Uruguayan law firm Bragard has recruited Maria Laura Capalbo as a partner in charge of the firm’s litigation and arbitration practice.
Prior to her move to Bragard, Capalbo (pictured) served an 18-year stint at law firm Posadas Posadas y Vecino, where she was an associate and manager of the litigation practice.
The firm’s founding partner, Jean Jacques Bragard, said Capalbo’s hire “aims to grow our litigation, arbitration and private international law practice”.
Founded in 2004, Bragard has two offices in Montevideo, and one in Asunción, Paraguay.
