Brazil’s TAGD counsels buyers on Keller Tecnogeo acquisition

Brazilian law firm Terciotti Andrade Gomes Donato Advogados (TAGD) has acted as counsel to a team of team of executives and engineers in the acquisition of Keller Tecnogeo, the Brazilian subsidiary of UK-based Keller Group, the world’s largest geotechnical specialist contractor for the construction industry.

patricia barcellos of TerciottiTecnogeo’s team will continue to apply its long-term expertise in advanced specialised geotechnical, foundation and ground improvement works to service its clients in Brazil. With around 450 staff and operations across South America, Tecnogeo generates annual revenue of 120 million reais ($23.5 million).

Tecnogeo was founded 34 years ago in São Paulo and has constantly expanding ever since and has worked on projects in th country’s metro networks, airports, railways, ports, highways, dams, sewage works, industry and real estate.

The new management will share its experience of 30 years in the business and relevant skills developed during their performance of executive roles during Keller Tecnogeo operations.
