Brazil’s Tauil & Chequer hires two new partners
Brazil’s Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown has announced the hiring of Aline Fidelis and Rodolfo Tella as partners in the employment and benefits and capital markets practices, respectively, in São Paulo.

Fidelis (pictured, left) has worked for some of the leading law firms in Brazil. She is skilled in strategic labor litigation and consulting, with over 15 years of experience representing clients primarily in the oil and gas, capital markets, banking, education, life sciences, technology and energy sectors.
Tella (pictured, below left) has worked for renowned law firms and in the financial market. He advises companies, financial institutions and institutional investors on a wide variety of transactions, including equity and debt offerings, tender offers, structured finance transactions, acquisition financing, debt restructuring, project finance, securitization, investment funds and private equity investments, among others.
