Brazilian and foreign law firms work on the Nexa Resources issue

Pinheiro Guimarães (Brazil), Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton (US), Elvinger Hoss Prussen (Luxemburg); and Estudio Rodrigo Elias & Medrano Abogados (Peru) advised Nexa Resources on the issuance and distribution of senior unsecured notes, on the total amount of US$600 million, with interest rate corresponding to 6.750% and maturity on 2034.

The notes are guaranteed by a personal guarantee granted by Nexa Recursos Minerais, a Brazilian company, and Nexa Resources Cajamarquilla, a Peruvian company.

Machado Meyer (Brazil), Simpson Thacher & Bartlett (US), Rebaza Alcázar & de Las Casas (Peru) represented BBVA Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, HSBC Securities (USA), J.P. Morgan Securities, MUFG Securities Americas, Mizuho Securities USA, Santander US Capital Markets and Scotia Capital (USA) as initial purchasers.
