Brazilian firms act on the acquisition of Liberty International by HDI

Machado Meyer Advogados acted as legal counsel for HDI Seguros providing assistance on the submission of the transaction to CADE, regarding the direct and/or indirect acquisition, by HDI Seguros, Saint Honoré Iberia S.L. and HDI International AG, of 100% of the capital share of Liberty International Brasil Ltda. and its subsidiaries, from Liberty UK and Europe Holdings Limited and Liberty International Holdings Inc.
