Founded by Thiago Junqueira (pictured left) and Daniel Gelbecke (pictured right), the firm aims to deliver highly specialized legal services to insurers, reinsurers, insurtechs, and industry intermediaries.

Thiago Junqueira, formerly a partner in the Strategic Insurance and Reinsurance practice at Chalfin, Goldberg & Vainboim Advogados, holds a Ph.D. in Civil Law from UERJ and a Master’s degree from the University of Coimbra. A professor of Insurance and Reinsurance Law at FGV and ENS, he has published extensively on the subject.
Daniel Gelbecke, a seasoned legal executive, previously served as Legal and Compliance Director of a Brazilian insurance company. With a specialization in Corporate Law from FGV and a master’s degree in progress at CEDES – São Paulo, Gelbecke offers a blend of corporate legal expertise and a deep understanding of the industry’s business operations.
The firm provides full-spectrum legal advisory services, with a strong focus on Insurance and Reinsurance, Litigation and Arbitration, Contracts, Corporate Law, and Data Protection. Its insurance practice includes regulatory and advisory services, claims handling, and litigation, with a particular emphasis on large-risk policies and products such as surety bonds, financial lines (E&O, D&O, Cyber), agricultural insurance, life insurance, and reinsurance.
