Briganti Advogados announces office in Paris and opens Desk France in São Paulo
Briganti Advogados of São Paulom has announced the opening of an office in Paris and its new partner Rodrigo Loureiro, co-chair of the French-Brazilian Commission of the Paris Bar Association
New partner Rodrigo Loureiro (pictured) will personally lead the new office in the French capital, where he lives and has dedicated his legal career since 2011, notably in large American and French law firms.
The expansion plan aims to assist national and French companies in international transactions, with the support of the new European structure and the Brazilian lawyers that form the new France Desk, officially opened by Briganti Advogados.
In France, Briganti Advogados will seek to repeat the successful experience of the opening of its office in Spain, which has been operating from an address in the Bilbao region for 10 years.
According to Rodrigo Loureiro, the partner responsible for implementing the French structure, French investors already have a strong presence in the country, with approximately 900 companies established
Rodrigo Loureiro has extensive experience in advising Brazilian companies in international transactions, as well as foreign companies that intend to invest and/or establish their operation in Brazil.
The new partner of Briganti Advogados is a specialist in corporate law, specializing in risk analysis and advising on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and foreclosures.
Rodrigo Loureiro has solid experience in multi-jurisdictional proceedings. Since 2015 he has been co-chair of the French-Brazilian Commission of the Paris Bar Association.
He has a degree in Law from Universidade Cândido Mendes, postgraduate / specialist in Economic Law and Business Law from Universidade de Coimbra. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, French and German.
