Brink’s retained Marval on MACO acquisition

Marval O’Farrell & Mairal advised The Brink’s Company on the acquisition of its Argentinean rivals MACO for approximately $200 million.

MACO Transportadora de Caudales is based in Buenos Aires and focuses on cash-in-transit services and money processing operations. Brink’s is a global provider of secure logistics, cash-in-transit and ATM services. The company is listed on the NYSE and headquartered in Richmond, Virginia.

Partner Pablo García Morillo led the Marval team advising Brink´s.

MACO instructed Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi.
