Bronstein Zilberberg advise Klavi on its series A investment round

BBronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados acted as legal counsel to Klavi that raised U$15 million in its Series A investment round led by Iporanga and Parallax Ventures.

Klavi is Brazilian startup offering software integration and services for financial institutions and will use the funds to strengthen its technology area in innovations in its B2B services and its data processing sector.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados had partner Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured) and associates Giuliana Veronez Primati, Amanda Iranaga and Luiza Pascowitch.

Foley & Lardner LLP acted as US legal counsel to Iporanga Ventures and counted with the partner Andre Thiollier and associates Ashley Youn-Jae Lee and Talita Guedes Duarte.
