Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Agrolend on financing round

Agrolend received a R$80 million capital injection in a Series A funding round from Valor Capital Group, Continental Grain Company – CGC, SP Ventures, Provence Capital, Barn Investimentos and private investors.

Founded in 2020 and based in São Paulo, Agrolend is a fintech dedicated to the credit segment for the agribusiness market.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados acted as Brazilian legal counsel to Agrolend and included partners Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured left), Andre Neves (pictured right) and associates Paula Bobrow, Fabio Baum and Rafael Lutti .

Foley & Lardner LLP acted as U.S. legal counsel to Agroland.

Wilson Sonsini acted as U.S. legal counsel to Valor Capital.
