Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados assisted Ambar acquired control of 100% of the Autodoc Group: a company that develops innovative solutions suited to the reality of construction sites and offices.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados had partners Sergio Bronstein (pictured left), Vivian Rudge (pictured centre), Adriana Rollo (pictured right) and associates Agnaldo Mendes, Julia Shinohara, intern Luiza Pascowitch.

SABZ Advogados represented Autodoc and relied on founding partner Kleber Luiz Zanchim and corporate law Emanoel Lima.

MPT Advogados also participated at this deal with partner Amilcar Ribeiro.
