Bronstein Zilberberg advises CNS in investment in 2DM

Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised CNS Inova on investment in 2DM

2DM has received a capital injection from CSN Inova, CBMM and Japanese Sojitz Corporation, in exchange for an undisclosed minority stake. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Founded in 2015 and based in Singapore, 2DM is a manufacturer of high-performance graphene as an additive to improve the properties of various industrial materials such as paints and coatings, batteries, composites, polymers and lubricants.
