Bronstein Zilberberg advises Gavea on investment round

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Gavea that received BRL 23 million in investment round

Gavea has received a BRL 23 million capital injection from Astella Investimentos, 2TM Participações, DOMO Invest, an undisclosed family office and two private investors.

Founded in 2019 and based in Rio de Janeiro, Gavea is a blockchain-based digital stock exchange that simplifies the trading, execution and settlement of physical commodities, making the entire process more efficient and cheaper for participants in a more secure and transparent environment.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Gavea and relied on partner Guilherme Potenza (pictured) and associates Paula Bobrow and Samy Kauffmann.
