Bronstein Zilberberg advises Swap on investment round

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri and Potenza advised Swap on $4.4 million investment round

Swap has secured a $4.4 million capital injection in a Series A funding round from Tiger Global Management, Scale-Up Ventures, ONEVC, Flourish VC, Global Founders Capital, Soma Capital, FJ Labs and private investors, including Tinder founder Justin Mateen; and DST Global director Rahul Mehta.

Founded in 2018 and based in São Paulo, Swap operates as Banking as a Service and provides financial solutions and products for businesses.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri and Potenza advised Swap with a team consisting of partners Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured left), Pedro Chueiri (pictured right), and associates Gabriela Góes, Giuliana Primati and Lucas Noleto.

FM / Derraik Advogados assisted Scale-Up Ventures in the deal.
