Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Trace Fiance in BRL 22 million investment round

Trace Finance has received an injection of capital in a BRL 22.3 million (US$ 4.3 million) seed round.

The injection was led by HOF Capital, Mantis VC, 2TM Participações, and private investors, including the co-founder of Rappi, Andres Bilbao; the CEO of Alura, Paulo Silveira; and the founder of idwall, Lincoln Ando.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in São Paulo, Trace Finance provides a global banking solution for Latin American startups through financing for local operations.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Trace Finance and included partner Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured), associates Giuliana Primati and Lucas Noleto.
