Bronstein Zilberberg and BMA advised on investment in Labi Exames

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Igah and Positive ventures, Barbosa Müssnich Aragão advised Raia Drogasil

Labi Exames received a capital injection from Raia Drogasil Ventures, Igah, Ventures and Positive Ventures. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

RD Ventures invested in exchange for a 6.5% stake in the company, with options for additional future investments.

Founded in 2017 and headquartered in São Paulo, Labi Exames is a clinical analysis company.

The closing of the transaction is subject to the verification of the usual conditions precedent for transactions of this nature.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Igah and Positive Ventures and had partner Sergio Bronstein (pictured left) and associate Amanda Iranaga.

BMA – Barbosa Müssnich Aragão advised Raia Drogasil and had as partner Miguel Ramos (pictured right) and associates Thiago Baptista Ferreira de Pinho, Maximilian Fritz and Artur Silva Boaretto.
