Bronstein Zilberberg and Mattos Filho lead TTR rankings
Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri & Potenza Advogados leads the ranking by number of transactions; in value, Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados stands out
According to the Transactional Track Record (TTR) report, the Brazilian transactional market recorded a total of 2560 transactions and a turnover of BRL 595.5 billion in 2021.
The volume of Mergers & Acquisitions increased 51% in 2021. The fourth quarter of 2021 was the most active since the last eight quarters in value, accounting for a total of BRL 190.1bn.
The report publishes the 2021 financial and legal advisory rankings for M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Capital Markets, where the activity of leading firms is reported by number of transactions and total value.
As for the ranking of legal advisors, by number of transactions in 2021 leads the law firm Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri & Potenza Advogados, with 137 transactions. In value, Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados leads with a total of BRL 147.3bn.
