Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados announced the arrival of Priscila Gurgel Menezes (pictured left) and Alfredo Néri Jr.(pictured right).
The firm has now 11 partners and a team of almost 70 people. With the lateral hirings, BZCP strengthens its commitment to being a full-service law firm dedicated to the technology ecosystem, with emphasis on M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital practice areas.
Priscila Gurgel Menezes has over 15 years representing investors, buyers, and sellers in their M&A, PE, strategic investments, and joint ventures. Priscila is also active in commercial contracts, corporate governance, incorporation, and reorganizations of companies. She is an LL.B. from USP (University of São Paulo), a postgraduate in Corporate Law from Insper, and an LL.M. from Stanford Law School. She also served as a foreign associate at Kirkland & Ellis in New York.
Alfredo Néri Jr. has more than a decade of experience with national and cross-border M&A transactions, as well as in corporate governance, compliance, and corporate law. He worked in a leading financial institution and law firms in Brazil and abroad. Alfredo is a Bachelor in Law from USP, postgraduate in Corporate Law from FGV (Getulio Vargas Foundation), and an LL.M. from Columbia University, followed by a period working at Quinn Emanuel in New York. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
