Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados assisted Americanas in the acquisition of Skoob

Americanas announced the acquisition of Skoob, the largest social network for readers in the country. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.

With the acquisition, Americanas, the e-commerce giant, expects to accelerate book sales over the internet, a category that is usually a gateway for new customers and has a high recurrence of purchases.
