Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised Gupy on the acquisition of Kenoby Soluções em Recursos Humanos

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri and Potenza Advogados advised Gupy, an online recruiting and staffing platform, acquired Kenoby Soluções em Recursos Humanos. The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Based in São Paulo, Kenoby offers recruitment and selection software. Brazil’s two R&S platforms together intend to leverage employability and innovate HR.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados has the partners Guilherme Potenza (pictured left), Priscila Menezes (pictured center), Vívian Tito Rudge (pictured right); associates Nicholas Myers, Flavia Kasai, Lucas Noleto and intern Paloma Batt.

KLA Advogados advised Kenoby and relied on partner Patrícia Braga and associate André Maruch.
