Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados assisted Gupy in the acquisition of start-up Niduu
Gupy, the leading technology company in Human Resources in Brazil, has acquired the corporate education start-up Niduu and entered the market of employee training and development.
The transaction value was R$ 40 million.
Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados had the partner Guilherme Potenza (pictured) and associates Paula Bobrow, Karina Margulies and trainee Luiza Pascowitch.
