Bronstein Zilberberg assists Mercos in its sale to Nuvini

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados assisted Mercos in its acquisition by Nuvini

Nuvini, a group of Software as a Service (SaaS) companies, has announced the acquisition of Mercos, a technology company that offers Sales Force Automation and B2B E-commerce software for industries, distributors and sales representatives.

The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados assisted Mercos with a team led by partners Eduardo Zilberberg (pictured left), Vívian Rudge (pictured right) and associate Flávia Kasai.

Qualcomm Ventures was represented by FM/Derraik Advogados.
