Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised Healthtech Alice, which after receiving $33 million in a Series B round, made its first acquisition to expand into the corporate health segment, acquiring startup Cuidas.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised Alice and included partner Pedro Chueiri (pictured), and associates Marilia Torres and Leonardo Biglia.
