Bronstein Zilberberg represents Trybe in the acquisition of Jungle Devs
Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados represented Trybe Holding in the acquisition of software developer Jungle Devs
The law firm Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados assisted Trybe, a developer training school, in the acquisition of Jungle Devs, a technology company based in Santa Catarina that creates digital products, Web and Mobile applications, and uses the training of professionals as a strategy to deliver value to its clients.
As a result of the agreement, which involved an exchange of shares, Jungle Devs becomes part of Trybe Holding, parent company of Trybe software development school and fintech company Trybe SCD.
Jungle Devs will operate in parallel to the group’s companies and independently. The value of the acquisition was not disclosed.
Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised Trybe with a team led by partner Guilherme Potenza (pictured), with associates Alexandre Turqueto and Amanda Iranaga.
