The transaction is an investment of financial resources by automotive startup zFlow into 77Sol, a photovoltaic equipment company.

zFlow was represented by Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri and Potenza Advogados with partners Sergio Bronstein (pictured left) and Adriana Rollo (pictured right) with associates Thiago Oliveira, Agnaldo Mendes and Julia Shinohara.
